Followed by a Mini Aromatherapy Facial. A consultation will help determine your skin type and Neal’s Yard Remedies products will be selected to create your personalised skincare treatment.

The treatment includes cleanse, tone, exfoliator, mask and moisturiser.

• Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage

A back, neck and shoulder Deep Tissue Massage is combined with heated volcanic basalt stones to penetrate through layers of muscle and connective tissue.

Water heated volcanic basalt stones,warmed carrier oils and slow concentrated pressure, massage through layers of muscle and connective tissue. The warmth and firm pressure deeply penetrates helping relieve many clients stress related conditions, aiding relaxation and encouraging mobility. Blood flow is increased which promotes healing.

• Mother-to-be Treatment

Relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage followed by a balancing Reflexology treatment. Treatment should be booked from your first trimester.

Massage techniques and positioning are tailored through the stages of your pregnancy to help ensure comfort, safety, relaxation and the well-being of you and your baby.Relaxing massage strokes are applied to the back, neck and shoulders followed by a Reflexology treatment that uses a principle that areas of the feet and hands relate to internal organs, glands and structures of the body. Pressure massage is concentrated on specific reflex points. For many clients this treatment helps to stimulate and balance, encouraging the body’s systems to work more efficiently

The water heated volcanic basalt stones will deeply massage the  back, neck, shoulders and facial muscles. Which can help encourage relaxation, blood flow and relief from stress related conditions.

2. A 60 minute balancing Reflexology treatment followed by a 30 minute Luxury Foot and Hand Massage.

A balancing and stimulating Reflexology treatment followed by apply exfoliating foot scrub,hand polish, hydrating & nourishing moisturiser and a relaxing massage.

3. A 45 minute Hopi Ear Candling treating followed by a 45 minute Aromatherapy Facial.

This treatment will  provide an effective way of treating ear, nose and throat conditions. The Aromatherapy Facial will create your own personalised skincare treatment that  includes  cleanse, tone, exfoliator, mask, moisturiser and a facial massage using essential oils. The facial massage can help drainage of the facial muscles and help clear congestion.
