Aromatherapy Facial

What is an Aromatherapy Facial?

A facial is a Complementary/ beauty Therapy involving a variety of skin treatments, including: creams, lotions, facial masks, steam, exfoliation and massage. A facial helps to improve your skin’s health and appearance using pure essential oils in natural cosmetic bases, tailored to suit your individual skin type. A facial is one of the best ways to take care of your skin. Facials are used for general skin health as well as for specific skin conditions.

Aromatherapy is the inhalation and absorption by the skin of essential oils. Essential oils are the fragrant, highly concentrated natural constituents that are found in various parts of plants such as leaves, berries, grasses, flowering tops, petals, roots, zest of fruit, resins and wood. When used correctly essential oils have a wide range of health benefits and can be used for such a wide range of conditions. Virtually all essential oils possess antiseptic properties, but many also have anti-fungal, antiviral and antibacterial properties.
