Initial consultation
Your first treament includes an free initial consultation to find out basic personal, medical and lifestyle details.
The assessments enable the treatment to be of maximum benefit to you and ensure health and safety during and after the treatment.
All information shared is held with complete confidentiality and I adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998.
1½ hours - Full body massage
Consist of the following: Lumar, back, neck and Shoulders. Legs, feet, arms and hands. Abdominals if required. Top of chest, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.
45 & 60 minute massage treatments
Consist of the clients required area or areas to be massaged. For example: Back, neck and shoulders. Back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp. Legs and feet.
Aftercare advice
Aftercare advice will be recommended to you to help prolong the positive effects of the treatment and ensure comfort. Stretches and range of movement exercises will also be advised to help aid recovery of muscles if required.
Cancellation policy
Please give a minimum of 24 - 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment otherwise a cancellation fee will apply for half the treatment cost. With less notification time I am unable to re-book the treatment slot.
